Warranty : Our company policy is to grant a warranty that will ensure long term enjoyment of our products. We provide a complete 12-month warranty for the parachute, covering any damage incurred as a result of product use.
The details of the warranty, including coverage and conditions of applicability are specified in the document attached to every item purchased from Paralight Aviation. In the event that damage occurs and the warranty applies, please contact our support center directly via the relevant form which is located in the customer service section of our site.
To ensure that the claim is processed in the best way possible, the form should be filled out to completion, including customer personal data, the details of the incident or problem and information regarding the purchase of the product.Depending on the specific case, the parachute will either be repaired, or deemed unusable – in which case a replacement unit will be sent.
If the parachute must be sent for repair, the customer will only pay shipping fees once, when sending the parachute to Paralight. Paralight Aviation will be responsible for returning the fixed or replacement parachute.
Product Returns:
If a customer wishes to return a product, we will accept it, no questions asked, under the following conditions:
The product was returned within 30 days of the order
The product is sealed, in its original packaging, and was not opened or used.
The customers will be responsible for the shipment of returned products, until these are received by the company.
In the event of a product return, refunds will be made by the same method of payment used for the purchase. A restocking fee of 20% will apply.
