Shipment policy:

 
Shipping usually is between 10-14 business days. We use EMS , UPS or DHL air mail service. Each shipment is tracked using a tracking number until the arrival at the destination. We make sure to pack the products to withstand international transport and reach the destination without a flaw

The shipment fee includes warranty in a case of cargo lose or damage. In any problem with the shipment the customer must report to the company during 24 hours since he received the product. The customer must present documents indicate the problem and if needed a picture of the damaged package and product. According to the document presented the company shall decide the rate of the compensation. In a case of need to deliver new product / parts the customer will be needed to pay for the new shipment cost.
 
Please Note: We are very sorry but we can not deliver products to countries that do not have commercial relations with Israel or is there another restriction that makes moving packages. Please make sure that you can receive deliveries from us, before making a purchase
 
Payment policy for the product and other fees
 
Products ordered will be charged at the time the order is placed via through the following methods:
 
  • Pay Pal
  • Direct transfer to Paralight’s bank account.

After payment you will receive confirmation by email which includes an estimated date for shipping address provided.

The product price does not include any additional payment such as tax fee. It is recommended to check with the local custom office if any other payment is necessary.

Safety and limits use

 

The product is suitable for use for 13 years old in the presence of an adult and only in a suitable place and in calm weather conditions (detailed in the manual attached to the product). Ordering the product is forbidden to those who don’t qualify the previous terms. The product is not fitted to be used in parks and beaches and above crowded place and in place where there is doubt for the operator to loose eye contact with the craft. The pilot must be responsible and behave according to the safety rules supplied and the rules of his country especially those related to operating a remote controlled craft. There isn’t and there will not be any responsibility for damage that may be caused to the operator or any other person from using the craft. We recommend to acquire a fitting insurance for using remote controlled craft, insurance that isn’t expensive but consist a vital component for the personal safety of the operator and the environment which he deal in the hobby.

Shipment of products is available to any location in the world so long as it is possible by the shipment company and by trading treaties signed with the state of Israel. The product is being delivered VIA EMS Airmail of the Postal service.

Returning Policy
 

We are certain in the quality of our product and the satisfaction of our customers. Yet, we will allow any customer to decide to return a purchased product without need to explain us the reason and to receive the money he paid for it. We will accept to take back a product in its original box before assembled. Returning product is available during 14 day since the product has been received by the customer attached to postal paper and invoice indicating the date received. In case of returning a product the customer must report us that he wish it and coordinate with us an address to deliver the product to. This address is different from the address the product has been shipped to the customer. The amount of money paid for the product will be delivered to the customer after the company verified that the product met the returning standard of the company. In case the returned product will not allow the company to offer it as a new product a sum of 40% till 70% will be collected from the customer as the company see fit. Transferring the payment to the customer will be in the same method the product has been purchased or in any acceptable and legal method to transfer money within 20 days since the returned product have been verified.
